CSOD Functional Consultant / Project Manager (Contract)

DocumentIT, a global Workday Services and Implementation Partner, is looking for a Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) specialist with strong project management skills. You’ll help a global pharmaceutical client archive and decommission its GxP-regulated learning platform.
📅 Mid-November 2026 to end of May 2027 (approx. 6.5 months) which can extend
🌍 Remote, India-based, with occasional client travel
⚖️ Around 60% project management, 40% functional / business analysis
What you’ll do:
→ Own the project plan, RAID log, steering updates and stakeholder management across HR Learning, QA, IT and the vendor
→ Partner with a strong technical lead, bringing the planning, documentation and governance
→ Inventory CSOD data (transcripts, curricula, certifications) and define retention requirements with Quality
→ Deliver GxP documentation: Decommissioning Plan, Retention Matrix, test scripts, traceability and Retirement Summary Report
→ Lead reconciliation, read-only freeze and final system shutdown
What you’ll bring:
✔ 3+ years of hands-on CSOD Learning functional experience
✔ 5+ years running HR tech or LMS projects as a PM
✔ GxP experience in pharma, biotech or med devices, including CSV and working with QA
✔ Working knowledge of ALCOA+, 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11
✔ Documentation that passes QA review first time
Nice to have: a previous CSOD decommission or migration, GAMP 5, PMP or PRINCE2
