Financial Accountant

The Opportunity
In this role you will:
Assist with the external audit where required
Complete all assigned monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Complete regulatory reporting – VAT, RTD and VIES returns as required
Prepare year end files for audit and tax returns
Review and approve supplier payments
Support the budget and forecast process
Support the payroll process including reviews and posting payroll journals
Support junior members of the team, providing training and playing an active role in their development
Require detailed understanding of and be involved with:
accruals and prepayment accounting
tangible, intangible and lease asset accounting
Bank Reconciliations
management and statutory account variance analysis
Inter-Company and Current Account Reconciliations
Revenue Recognition, Work -in-progress and Deferred Income
bad debt provisioning or AR reserve

Are CA/ACA/ACCA/CPA qualified (part/fully) with 7+ years post qualification industry experience

Experience working within a multicurrency environment would be an advantage.
Are comfortable with varied working hours to support our global business (shift working hours 11am to 8pm IST / during training and month end 2pm to 11pm IST)
