Consultant Workforce Experience - Learning and Enablement

We are seeking a Consultant for Workforce Experience Consulting - Learning Experience and Enablement to join our global team and help clients enable and empower employees and customers by identifying and bridging gaps in knowledge, behaviors, and mindset. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning and change enablement solutions, ranging from digital content, coaching, and experiential learning to structured adoption campaigns and assessments, all grounded in the latest learning sciences and change methodologies. You will go beyond standard training to build capabilities, overcome resistance, and empower people to successfully navigate and sustain client enablement goals.
Responsibilities
Create and execute project approach and plan required to meet client enablement needs
Interface directly with clients by conducting meetings and workshops without oversight
Lead a small project team of learning experience designers, content developers, and change enablement consultants
Consult with client stakeholders and SMEs on learning design and change enablement methodologies for project delivery
Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders, employee groups, and subject matter experts to gather data and document findings
Interview internal and external subject matter experts, stakeholders, and learners to document and analyze learning needs
Facilitate live training and train the trainer sessions
Design and develop comprehensive change enablement and learning experiences tailored to stakeholder needs
Develop experiential enablement solutions, coaching frameworks, and interactive resources to drive user adoption and behavioral change
Define metrics, feedback loops, and assessment strategies to measure engagement, adoption rates, and the long-term impact of change initiatives
Support AI readiness assessments and knowledge audits under senior guidance
Build, update, and monitor project workplans and communicate client status reporting
Requirements
12 to 18 years of overall experience in IT
7 or more years of instructional design experience and 5 or more years of practical experience and knowledge of change enablement solutions
2 or more years with a Big Four or boutique consulting company
2 or more years of experience using authoring tools such as Captivate, Articulate Storyline and RISE, or Evolve to create sophisticated adaptive learning content
3 or more years of experience presenting, socializing, and advocating for ideas, technical and non-technical, to clients or other decision makers
A degree in Organizational Change, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or a related discipline
A proven track record of delivering consulting services to organizations
Experience designing and deploying AI-driven learning, enablement of content, or agents
Understanding of AI enabled workflow design, human AI adoption models, and knowledge infrastructure practices
Skills in leading a small project team of 3 to 5 people, including performance management and mentoring
Capability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, communicate consulting insights and recommendations, and manage client expectations throughout the consulting engagement
Nice to have
Expertise in multimedia development and graphic design
Change Management certifications
Experience ensuring content compliance with usability standards, Section 508, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
