About The Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience creating engaging social media posts, promotional graphics, video content, reels, and motion graphics for various digital platforms.
The candidate should have a strong visual sense, creativity, and the ability to transform marketing ideas into eye-catching designs and engaging videos that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Post Design
Design creative and engaging social media posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other platforms.
Create promotional creatives, banners, carousels, infographics, festival posts, and marketing campaign visuals.
Maintain consistent branding, typography, colors, and visual identity across social media channels.
Adapt designs to different platform specifications and campaign requirements.
Video Editing & Reels Creation
Create and edit engaging short-form videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
Add transitions, text overlays, subtitles, effects, background music, and visual elements.
Edit raw footage into polished videos suitable for social media marketing campaigns.
Create promotional videos, product videos, explainer videos, and brand awareness content.
Optimize video formats, dimensions, and duration for different social media platforms.
Motion Graphics & Video Graphics
Create animated graphics, text animations, transitions, and motion-based visual content.
Incorporate logos, icons, illustrations, and other graphic elements into videos.
Develop visually appealing video creatives that communicate marketing messages effectively.
General Graphic Design
Design flyers, posters, brochures, logos, business cards, ad banners, and cover images.
Create website banners, promotional materials, and digital advertising creatives.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to understand campaign objectives and deliver designs accordingly.
Creativity & Brand Consistency
Generate fresh creative ideas for social media campaigns and video content.
Follow brand guidelines and maintain high-quality design standards.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, video formats, design styles, and editing techniques.
Manage multiple design and video editing tasks while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design, social media creatives, and video editing.
Strong portfolio showcasing social media posts, promotional designs, reels, videos, and motion graphics.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
Experience with After Effects, Figma, or other motion graphics and editing tools is an advantage.
Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook videos, and LinkedIn creatives.
Knowledge of video transitions, color correction, typography, composition, and animation basics.
Creativity, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively.
