About the
Role:
We
are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to drive strategic
alliances and partnerships for redBus. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for onboarding and managing partnerships with platforms of various sizes and
domains to distribute bus inventory through redBus’s Business API and PWA solutions.
Key
Responsibilities:

Strategic Alliances & Distribution
Partnerships:
Identify, engage, and onboard potential partners (e.g., OTAs, travel platforms,
super apps, aggregators, Fintech platforms, etc) to integrate redBus’s
inventory via API and PWA solutions.
●
Business API & PWA Integration: Work with internal and external
stakeholders to ensure smooth integration, onboarding, and scaling of business
partnerships.
●
Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term
relationships with key partners, ensuring ongoing engagement and revenue
growth.
● Performance
Tracking & Optimization:
Monitor partner performance, analyze data, and drive initiatives to improve
conversion, adoption, and overall business impact.

Market Research & Competitive
Analysis: Stay
updated on industry trends, competition, and emerging partnership
opportunities.
● Cross-functional
Coordination:
Collaborate with product, tech, marketing, and operations teams to enable
seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
Key
Requirements:
●
Education – MBA is a must
●
Experience: 3-6 years of experience in alliances,
partnerships, business development, or related roles, preferably in travel,
fintech, or e-commerce.
●
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of API & PWA
integrations, platform partnerships, and collaboration models.
●
Negotiation & Relationship Management: Strong deal-making, negotiation, and
stakeholder management skills.
●
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse business
performance metrics and drive data-backed decisions.
●
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with digital products,
APIs, and platform integrations is a plus.
