Your Key Responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Relevant Experience:
6–10+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, program management, or related domains.
Proven track record of leading large-scale technology consulting engagements, preferably for Government of India, State Government, PSU, or public sector transformation programs.
Strong understanding of digital governance, public finance systems, e-Governance initiatives, and technology-enabled service delivery.
Experience working with reputed consulting organizations.
Key Skills & Competencies
Expertise in technology transformation, business process re-engineering, and digital modernization initiatives.
Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving capabilities.
Experience in reporting, performance management frameworks, and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to engage effectively with senior government stakeholders and manage complex client relationships.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Strong program management, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver outcomes within defined timelines.
Communication & Presentation Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong executive presence with the ability to interact confidently with senior government officials and leadership teams.
Proven capability to develop high-quality executive presentations, reports, concept notes, and strategic recommendations.
Ability to articulate complex business and technology concepts in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
