Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced MFA Administrator to manage and support enterprise Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with MFA platforms, passwordless authentication, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy, configure, administer, and support enterprise MFA solutions, including HYPR or equivalent passwordless authentication platforms.
Migrate legacy MFA methods to modern passwordless authentication solutions.
Integrate MFA with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, VPN, RDP, Windows endpoints, and enterprise applications.
Manage user enrollment, device registration, authentication policies, and recovery workflows.
Troubleshoot authentication, SSO, Conditional Access, certificate, and federation-related issues.
Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Helpdesk, and Application teams.
Develop automation scripts, technical documentation, operational procedures, and support runbooks.
Monitor authentication performance, platform health, and compliance requirements.
Support security audits, assessments, and IAM governance initiatives.
Provide technical guidance during MFA implementation, migration, and operational activities.
Required Skills and Experience:
6–9 years of experience in IAM, MFA, or authentication technologies.
Hands-on experience with HYPR or equivalent MFA/passwordless authentication solutions.
Experience with MFA products such as Microsoft Authenticator, Cisco Duo, Okta Verify, Ping Identity, RSA SecurID, ForgeRock, or Secret Double Octopus.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Windows Authentication.
Good understanding of SSO, Conditional Access, authentication protocols, and federation.
Experience in enterprise MFA implementation, administration, troubleshooting, and migration.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in global enterprise environments is preferred.
