Toli is building the AI workforce for every team. Companies hire AI agents into roles (an Invoice Analyst, a Procurement Coordinator, an Onboarding Coordinator), give each one a manager, permissions and a track record, and let them hand work across teams. Every action is grounded in sources, approved where policy requires it, and logged.
Why now: enterprises are buying agents, but agents still fail at one in three tasks in production. The gap isn't the model. It's roles, shared memory, permissions and audit, and that's what we're building.
This is a co-founder role, not a first-engineer job.
What you'll own
- The platform's architecture and build: agent orchestration, shared company memory, permission-aware actions, approval flows and the audit trail
- Enterprise integrations
- Reliability and evals: how we know an agent is good enough to act on its own
- Engineering hiring and culture once we raise
You probably
- Have shipped production software end to end, ideally enterprise B2B (SSO, multi-tenancy, role-based access, integrations)
- Have built with LLMs and agents beyond demos: tool use, retrieval, evaluation
- Want to go full-time and are driven by ownership more than salary
- Will tell the Founding Team when they are wrong

- A 4 week real project together before any equity conversation: one workflow, built side by side
- Co-founder equity
- Cash: to be raised together along with the Founding Team
