Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Lead the development and implementation of architectural strategies that support business objectives.
Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of technology initiatives.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA).
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
Experience in designing scalable and secure IT infrastructures.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative technology application.
Effective communication skills to articulate architectural concepts to diverse audiences.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA).
This position is based at our Mumbai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
