Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with strong exposure to APAC and EMEA hiring. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple countries, time zones, and stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for APAC and EMEA requirements.
Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Screen candidates and manage interview coordination, offer negotiation, and follow-ups.
Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders across different geographies.
Maintain recruitment trackers, pipeline visibility, and timely stakeholder updates.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
Hands-on experience hiring across APAC and EMEA markets.
Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Must be based in Pune.
Must be flexible to work beyond standard shift timings when required to support stakeholders and candidates across APAC and EMEA time zones.
