Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Conversational Chatbot Engineer with at least 2 years of relevant experience in developing, integrating, and deploying AI-powered chatbots, including WhatsApp chatbots. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms, WhatsApp Business API, LLMs, and backend integrations, along with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy conversational chatbots for websites, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Develop and maintain WhatsApp chatbots using the WhatsApp Business API and integrate them with business applications.
Understand business and client requirements and translate them into chatbot workflows and technical solutions.
Build and optimize conversation flows, intents, entities, automated responses, and chatbot logic.
Integrate chatbots with REST APIs, databases, CRM systems, and other enterprise applications.
Work with LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, RAG, and prompt engineering to enhance chatbot capabilities.
Develop backend services and API integrations using Python or JavaScript.
Troubleshoot chatbot issues, improve response accuracy, and optimize performance.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, demonstrate solutions, and incorporate feedback.
Research emerging conversational AI technologies and recommend improvements.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in conversational AI and chatbot development.
Practical experience with WhatsApp chatbot development and WhatsApp Business API integration.
