Claims Processing Specialist with German

Areas of responsibility:
You will be the first point of contact for customers and partners in Switzerland.
You will process claims documentation and act as the interface with our insurance partners.
You will review and verify repair cost estimates related to accident damage.
You will handle roadside assistance cases both domestically and internationally in cooperation with our assistance partners and ensure mobility for our customers.
You will monitor invoice verification and posting.
You will clarify outstanding claim payments with insurance companies.
Job Requirements:
Fluent German (minimum B2/C1 level) and good English communication skills.
Previous experience in claims processing, insurance, customer service, leasing, or administrative operations is an advantage.
Experience in the automotive or insurance industry is an advantage.
You possess strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner and are a team player.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
