Role Overview
As a Clinic Service Representative, you¿ll be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from check-in to check-out. You¿ll support clinic operations by managing patient registration, insurance verification, and financial discussions, while contributing to a culture of service excellence. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for patients, medical staff, and visitors.

What You Will Do
Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and insurance verification.
Handle cash collections and discuss general financial responsibilities with patients.
Reconcile patient charts and manage discharge processes efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and medical staff in person and over the phone.
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
Support clinic operations by maintaining strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to perform calculations, complete forms, and extensively utilize computer information systems.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse populations.
Basic computer skills, including navigating software, email, and logging in/out of systems.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work within a team setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with a clinic environment.
Experience working with detailed information.
