IT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Heeva Engineering is a multidisciplinary engineering and design consultancy serving oil & gas, industrial, infrastructure and data-centre projects. Our services include civil and structural design, mechanical and piping engineering, electrical and instrumentation engineering, and project management consultancy. We provide coordinated engineering solutions from planning and detailed design through construction support .We are looking for IT support and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, update and provide basic support for engineering software and office applications.
Maintain desktops, printers and network connectivity; troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Perform regular data backups and maintain organised, secure digital records.
Bit knowledge of Engineering Design industry.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate in computer science BCA/MCA and having relevant tender and IT support experience.
Knowledge of MS Office, PDF tools, tender portals and digital signatures
Practical skills in desktop maintenance, data backup and troubleshooting.
Good English communication, vocabulary and drafting skills.
Organised, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
