Description
ISMA is the apex association of private sugar mills and the largest consortium of sugar and bio-energy manufacturers in India. For 93 years we have been the voice of the Indian sugarcane industry and the 55 million farmers associated with it, working across national and international policy, and on innovation and capacity building in sustainability, agriculture, green transition and labour welfare.
We are looking for a Graphic Design Intern to join our Marketing and Communication team in New Delhi.
Duration: 3 to 6 Months
Stipend: ₹12,000 per month, up to ₹15,000 based on skills and experience
What you will do
Create graphics for our social media platforms
Assist with editing videos, reels and motion graphics
Design layouts for reports, presentations and communication materials
Support ongoing branding and creative projects
Contribute ideas to content planning
What we are looking for
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro, and working knowledge of Figma
Familiarity with AI design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly or RunwayML
A basic understanding of typography, layout and visual storytelling
Ability to work creatively within brand guidelines
Who should apply
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia and Animation, or Communication Design or Mass Communication with design experience. Certifications in Adobe Suite, Motion Graphics or UI/UX are also welcome.
Shortlisted candidates will be given a short design assignment as part of the selection process.
