Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead software development teams, drive end-to-end delivery, provide technical leadership, and manage customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end software development and delivery, ensuring quality and timely execution.
Lead customer discussions and negotiations on requirements, scope, timelines, and delivery commitments.
Provide technical guidance on software architecture, design patterns, and development frameworks.
Oversee web application development using modern web technologies.
Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams while driving performance and collaboration.
Establish development processes, engineering best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10–20 years of experience in software engineering and delivery.
Strong experience in web technologies, web application development, and modern development frameworks.
Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies.
Proven experience in team management, technical leadership, and customer negotiations.
Experience with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software delivery management.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
