Key responsibilities:
Work with the leadership team to develop strategic campaigns, planning, ordering and coordinating clients' TV, Radio and OOH advertising campaigns & other media channels
Delivers a point of view around a client's business/category, culture and consumer by compiling, analysing and interpreting information from various research sources (proprietary, syndicated, client provided), and apply to day to day briefs
Repurposes agency thought leadership for clients. Contributes to agency or client thought leadership
Briefs internal working teams and external media publishers/partners for ideation, lead and steer brainstorms
Keeps a pulse on leading and emerging media channels/partners (with a skew towards digital) and how to apply them to media/consumer brief responses
Mentors junior strategists
Develops strong audience empathy through understanding quantitative and qualitative data inputs
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in an offline media planning or a related role
Confidence working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and financial skills
Interest in exploring and evaluating new media opportunities and aligning them with client objectives and budgets
Good communication skills in English (written and spoken) and Lithuanian
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and responsibility.
Results-oriented mindset with strong teamwork skills
Openness to giving and receiving feedback as part of a collaborative culture.
What we offer
Full-time permanent position based in Vilnius. Salary range: 2500 - 3000 EUR gross.
