Ralixar is an AI-native supply chain and logistics SaaS company based in Bengaluru. We are building a family of platforms on a shared agentic substrate.
Our first platform, EXIM Global Trade Management (GTM), automates the compliance-heavy work of import and export: classification, customs documentation, duty computation, tracking and finance.

The Role
Be part of an exciting journey to build next-generation, AI-native SaaS platforms for Supply Chain & Logistics, powered by cutting-edge technologies such as Agentic AI, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and intelligent automation.
As a Full Stack Developer at Ralixar, you will join a dynamic founding engineering team, building innovative, scalable, and intelligent enterprise platforms end to end—from modern, intuitive React.js interfaces to robust Python-based backend services, APIs, and AI-powered capabilities.
You will work closely with the Chief Architect, gain hands-on exposure to emerging AI technologies, take meaningful ownership of your solutions, and play a key role in shaping the technology, engineering culture, and future of a fast-growing AI-native company.
Key Responsibilities
Build responsive, accessible and well-tested web interfaces in React.js and TypeScript, from design tokens and component libraries through to complex, data-heavy workflow screens.
Design, build and document REST APIs & implement back-end services in Python (FastAPI).
Model and query data in PostgreSQL, keeping performance, data integrity and multi-tenancy in mind.
Integrate with external systems (government trade portals, ERPs, carrier and tracking APIs) in a robust and auditable way.
Build interfaces for human-in-the-loop decisions: showing AI-generated suggestions, confidence levels and approval flows clearly to users.
Write unit, integration and end-to-end tests; take part in code reviews; keep CI/CD pipelines healthy.
Apply security and privacy by design, including India’s DPDP Act requirements, role-based access and audit trails.
Use AI coding assistants productively and responsibly as part of day-to-day development.
Requirements (must have)
Experience: at least 4 years of proven professional experience as a full stack or front-end-heavy developer, with production applications you can talk about in depth.
React.js: strong, current hands-on experience building production web applications in React.js (hooks, state management, routing, forms, performance tuning). This is the required UI skill.
JavaScript / TypeScript: solid command of modern JavaScript; TypeScript strongly preferred.
APIs: experience consuming and building REST APIs and working with JSON-based contracts.
Databases: working knowledge of a relational database, preferably PostgreSQL, and SQL.
Engineering practice: Git, code reviews, automated testing and CI/CD.
Python: production experience with Python 3.x, type hints and Pydantic.
FastAPI: or a similar Python web framework.
PostgreSQL extensions: pgvector, TimescaleDB or PostGIS.
Workflow and events: Temporal (durable workflows) and Kafka or another event-streaming platform.
Agentic AI / LLM engineering: building with LLM APIs such as Claude, agent frameworks such as LangGraph or Pydantic AI, retrieval and structured outputs.
Cloud: AWS, Docker, infrastructure-as-code.
UI libraries: Mantine v7 or a similar component library; design-system work.
Mobile: React Native with Expo.
Location
Currently based in Bengaluru (preferred) and able to work from our Bengaluru office (on-site).
