About Kleosly
Kleosly is an early-stage B2B SaaS product building an AI-powered LinkedIn content system for founders, companies, ghostwriters, and content agencies.
The product helps users research relevant topics, capture founder insights, understand brand and individual voice, generate highly personalised content, plan content calendars, and manage multiple LinkedIn accounts from one place.
We are currently refining the product experience and are looking for a UI/UX Design Intern who enjoys turning complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences.
What You’ll Work On
You will work directly on the Kleosly product and help us improve areas such as:
* User onboarding for founders, companies, agencies, and individual executives
* Multi-client and multi-account management
* Content creation and editing workflows
* AI-generated content experiences
* Research and insight-capture flows
* Content calendars and scheduling
* Brand voice and Voice DNA experiences
* Dashboard and information architecture
* Empty states, loading states, feedback states, and micro-interactions
* Overall visual consistency of the platform
This is not just a “make the screens prettier” role. You will be expected to understand why users behave a certain way, identify friction, and suggest better product flows.
Responsibilities
* Study the existing Kleosly product and identify UX problems
* Map and improve important user journeys and flows
* Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs
* Simplify complex product features without removing functionality
* Improve the existing design system and UI consistency
* Design responsive product screens in Figma
* Work closely with the founders and development team
* Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate on designs
* Think through edge cases, states, interactions, and user behaviour
* Occasionally conduct or analyse user feedback to validate design decisions
Who We’re Looking For
You would be a good fit if you:
* Have a strong understanding of UI/UX fundamentals
* Are comfortable using Figma
* Can think in terms of user journeys rather than isolated screens
* Have good visual design and layout sense
* Understand hierarchy, spacing, typography, components, and interaction design
* Can explain the reasoning behind your design decisions
* Are comfortable working in a fast-moving early-stage startup
* Take ownership instead of waiting for highly detailed instructions
* Are willing to iterate when something does not work
You do not need years of professional experience. Strong personal projects, college projects, redesigns, or case studies are welcome.
Nice to Have
* Understanding of design systems
* Experience with B2B dashboards
* Basic understanding of product management
* Experience conducting usability tests or user interviews
* Familiarity with LinkedIn/content creation tools
* Interest in AI products and emerging product experiences
What You’ll Get
* Opportunity to design a real product currently being built and tested
* Direct collaboration with the founding team
* Significant ownership over important product flows
* Real-world experience designing an AI SaaS product
* Work that can meaningfully strengthen your portfolio
* Internship certificate upon successful completion
* Potential for a longer-term role based on performance and company requirements
