Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Business Analyst role based in Vadodara, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Business Analyst will gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear specifications for technical and operational teams. The role includes mapping and optimizing business processes, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements that support strategic goals. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting data analysis, preparing reports and presentations, facilitating meetings and workshops, and ensuring that implemented solutions meet business needs. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support projects from discovery through implementation and post-implementation review.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to generate insights and recommendations.
Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in understanding and improving business processes, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to present findings and facilitate discussions with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with tools for data analysis, reporting, and process mapping (e.g., Excel, BI tools, flowcharting or BPM tools).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and coordinate with onsite and remote team members.
Experience with project coordination, documentation best practices, and basic understanding of software development or implementation lifecycles is an advantage.
