Location: Bengaluru | Full-Time | On-Site
About Us:
WhatNext Overseas Consultants is a trusted name in international education consulting, helping students turn their study-abroad dreams into reality. About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Study Abroad Counsellor who can independently manage the complete student lifecycle, from the first enquiry call to successful visa stamping. End-to-End Admission Processing: Manage the full application cycle - university shortlisting, SOP/LOR guidance, document compilation, application submission, offer letter follow-up, and enrolment confirmation.
Visa Processing & Documentation: Handle student visa applications, including document verification, financial documentation review, visa interview preparation, and post-visa support for Europe and Australia.
Institutional Outreach & Lead Generation: Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and educational institutions to generate a steady pipeline of prospective students. Represent WhatNext at education fairs, seminars, and webinars.
University & Partner Relations: Coordinate with partner universities, colleges, and education boards abroad. Stay updated on intake dates, admission requirements, scholarship deadlines, and changes to immigration policy.
CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, application statuses, and conversion metrics using CRM tools. Provide regular reports on pipeline health and targets.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all applications and processes comply with institutional guidelines, immigration regulations, and internal quality standards.
