🚀 About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-impact content that drives views, engagement, and conversions.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Edit YouTube podcasts and long-form videos.
Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media content.
Develop video ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos.
Add motion graphics, animations, captions, and visual effects.
Collaborate with content, design, and performance marketing teams.
Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and social media formats.
✅ Requirements
1–2 years of experience in video editing.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
Understanding of storytelling, hooks, pacing, and audience retention.
Experience with podcast editing, short-form content, and video ads.
A strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills.

Motion graphics and animation.
Experience working with startups, founders, or personal brands.
Knowledge of social media trends and performance marketing creatives.
