CA - Global Taxation Professional - Head

Practice Area: India Taxation & International Taxation including Transfer Pricing and indirect taxes worldwide.
Location: Mumbai (Ghansoli)
Qualification: CA with 12 – 20 Year’s work experience in Taxation preferably in IT/ ITES sector / Big 4.
Job description as follows:
Lead & manage the entire gamut of India and international taxation matters including interface with internal/ external auditors.
Ensure timely direct tax compliance- Advance Tax Payments, Tax Return, Transfer Pricing report, review of Tax Audit Report, CbCR and other direct Tax obligations.
Managing tax litigation matters, notices, appeals, assessments, liaising with tax authorities, advisors, counsels as needed
Lead advisory matters like-withholding tax on domestic/ cross border payments, review of key agreement from tax perspective, POEM, PE, etc.
Transfer pricing compliances, continuously review and evaluate TP policy to conform to the changes both organizational and regulatory
Provide suggestions & implement changes to bring in tax efficiency including improve ETR.
Driving ERP change in line with law changes / other automation projects related to Tax.
Provide relevant inputs for structuring of M&A transactions from time to time, leading tax due diligence projects etc.
Ensure continuous learning & development in tax-related matters amongst the large finance team members.
Qualification: Chartered Accountant
Special Skills:
Knowledge of ERP (Oracle, People Soft, SAP).
Incumbent should have knowledge of Ind AS and IFRS.
Ability to build network and collaborate with cross- functional teams.
US, UK tax knowledge is must being key geos for organization apart from India.
