Why This Role Matters
As GoKwik continues to scale across products and markets, building customer-first, high-impact products is critical. This role will drive product strategy and execution by identifying customer needs, defining clear roadmaps, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver features that improve user experience and accelerate growth. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Growth, and Business teams to ship products with speed, clarity, and measurable impact.
What You’ll Own
Build a deep understanding of customer journeys, identify product gaps, and drive ideas that improve adoption and growth
Define and align product vision with internal stakeholders and key external partners
Develop pricing and positioning strategies aligned with business goals
Translate product strategy into detailed PRDs, user stories, and prototypes
Prioritise initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and execution feasibility
Partner with Engineering to ensure disciplined execution and fast time-to-market
Drive product launches in collaboration with leadership, marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders
Evaluate promotional strategies to ensure alignment with product direction
Act as a product evangelist to ensure internal and external alignment
Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and improve outcomes
Build short-term and long-term product forecasts, ROI models, and performance tracking frameworks
Lead structured go-to-market planning with clear impact measurement
Ensure operational follow-ups and timely execution closure
Support team development through coaching and goal alignment (if managing team members)
Who You Are
Strong ability to develop product strategy and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
Experience collaborating with designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end releases
Strong project management skills with high ownership and accountability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with a hands-on approach
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
