Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise customer implementations, adoption, and transformation.
Drive project delivery, stakeholder alignment, and risk management.
Improve operational KPIs through data-driven insights.
Build strong relationships with customer leadership.
Lead and develop a team of 3–5 analysts.
Partner with Product and Engineering to maximise customer value.
What We are Looking For
8–12 years of experience in operations, implementation, delivery, or transformation.
Willingness to travel up to 30% to customer sites across Southeast Asia.
Proven ability to lead and develop a team of 3–5 analysts.
Strong programme management, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
Proven experience leading teams and enterprise programmes.
Logistics, supply chain, SaaS, SQL, APIs, or automation experience is an advantage.
