Where You'll Make a Difference
Work to the highest standards of personal safety and food safety.
Pack finished products in line with customer requirements and quality standards.
Support stock control activities and maintain inventory accuracy.
Prepare and batch ingredients for production processes.
Operate and monitor spray drying equipment and powder production processes.
Ensure production activities are completed within established quality, timing, and cost standards.
Report equipment and plant issues promptly to the Engineering team.
Carry out basic maintenance and housekeeping activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team problem-solving activities.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Experience working within a production, process, manufacturing, or packing environment.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
Ability to follow procedures and work accurately in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and a consistent approach to work.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing responsibilities independently.
Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Experience within a food manufacturing environment.
Counterbalance forklift truck licence.
Experience supporting basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
