3Sigma Digital is an AI-first performance marketing agency based in Miami, with a team in Medellín. We manage Google, Meta and Amazon advertising for US apparel and consumer product brands.
AI is how we run the agency. Our own data warehouse pulls ad data from every platform. AI agents connect to it through custom integrations we built, and they produce daily reports, budget alerts and campaign reviews.
The role
We are hiring an engineer to own these systems, harden them and extend them across more of the business. This role is for someone who has engineered, debugged and maintained real systems in production. Using ChatGPT or Claude day to day is not enough on its own.
What you will do
Design and build automated workflows that replace manual reporting, monitoring and account work
Build and maintain integrations with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI) and ad platform APIs (Google Ads, Meta, Amazon)
Write and maintain Python services, scheduled jobs and SQL pipelines in Google Cloud
Debug failures, add logging and alerting, and make systems reliable enough to run unattended
Document what you build so the team can use it
What we are looking for
3+ years building software or automation systems, with examples you can show
Strong Python. SQL and cloud experience (GCP, AWS or similar)
Experience integrating APIs and running jobs in production: auth, retries, error handling, monitoring
Hands-on work with LLM APIs, agents or tool calling in real projects
Digital marketing or e-commerce experience is a strong plus
Strong written English (C1 or higher)
What we offer
USD $2,800–$3,800 per month, independent contractor, paid in dollars
Remote anywhere in Colombia, with an optional office in Medellín
15 days paid time off
A working AI and data stack from day one, with direct access to the founder
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM US Eastern
