Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add Developer in Chennai, India.
What a typical day looks like:
Utilize AI-enabled analytics capabilities, including intelligent insights, automated reporting, predictive analysis, and generative AI tools, to improve decision-making and business outcomes.
Develop a strong understanding of both business processes and technical solutions, demonstrating end-to-end analytical capabilities across functional and technology domains.
Working in the Data & Analytics area especially in Business Intelligence tools, Data Warehousing technologies, with Hands on experience on multiple BI Tools (mentioned below)
Designing solutions and developing Reports, Dashboards to address functional as well as logical requirements in Supply chain, Finance etc.
Working with SDLC projects in collaboration with different teams.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
2- 5 years of experience in the below technologies.
Basic understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and AI-powered analytics capabilities within BI and data platforms is highly desirable
Ability to work in different types of BI requirements from simple to complex reports and dashboards.
Must have work experience in more than one BI tool like MicroStrategy, Denodo & Power BI
Build, enhance, and optimize reports, dashboards, semantic layers, and data visualizations to meet business needs.
Working experience in different security options in BI tools like row level and column level, Query Banding etc.
Working experience from migrating one BI tool to another BI tool will be added advantage for this role.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize BI reports, ETL processes, and database objects to maintain and improve system performance.
Experience or knowledge in the latest data management platform like Snowflake etc.
Demonstrate ability to communicate well with other members of the team and with non-technical end users Self-directed, organized, and motivated.
Exhibit Enthusiasm in learning new technologies.
Experience in the technologies: BI tools - MicroStrategy, Tableau and Power BI & Data Visualization – Denodo
Exposure to Python, AI/ML frameworks, or AI-enabled analytics platforms will be an added advantage.
Experience in Database - Oracle/SQL/Snowflake & Strong in SQL & PL/SQL, Database.
