Must Have Skills:
Must have experience installing, configuring and administering Middleware(Weblogic 11g/12c, WebSphere & Tomcat) Servers. Should have excellent skills in WLST.
Candidate must have expertise at clustering, application deployments and providing support to users in a fast paced, high availability, low latency environment.
Experience in Garbage collection / JVM tuning, memory management.
Expertise in system analysis, application server configuration, and administration.
Drive resolution of Major Incidents (P1/P2) by coordinating with Application, Database, Middleware, and Vendor teams as necessary for timely recovery minimizing business impact.
Manage business and executive stakeholder communications with clear, concise, and timely updates.
Closely track SLAs for nightwork job streams, file deliverables, data replication lags, critical business processes and identify operational risks and mange these incidents with proactive business notifications
Lead incident bridges, escalation management, RCA reviews, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
Ensure smooth shift handovers and operational governance.
24 X 7 oncall production support of multiple middleware instances to include tuning and troubleshooting
Strong understanding of Wealth Management, Investment Operations, or Capital Markets business processes.
Proven experience in Incident Management and Production Support environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams during high-pressure situations.
