The ST Inspector – PEI works closely with PEI specialists, maintenance teams, planners, and contractors while maintaining inspection independence. The role does not set enterprise standards, but ensures rigorous verification of asset condition and compliance at site level, escalating concerns through established governance channels when required.

Document inspection findings clearly, including risk ranking, recommended actions, and supporting evidence
Validate completion and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions arising from inspection findings
Support audits, assessments, and incident investigations with PEI inspection expertise
Provide inspection feedback to support improvement of inspection strategies and integrity management practices
Independent PEI Inspection & Assurance: Deliver high-quality, objective inspections that provide confidence in the condition, integrity, and fitness-for-service of pressure equipment and integrity-critical assets.
Integrity Threat Identification & Escalation: Identify damage mechanisms, degradation, and integrity risks that could impact safety or reliability; ensure findings are clearly documented and escalated through appropriate site governance.
Inspection Quality & Technical Rigor: Maintain a consistently high standard of inspection execution, technical judgement, and documentation, ensuring outputs are accurate, evidence-based, and actionable.
Corrective Action Verification: Verify corrective and preventive actions addressing inspection findings are completed within required timeframes and effective.
Governance & Compliance Support: Ensure inspections are executed in alignment with approved inspection plans, procedures, and enterprise requirements, supporting regulatory and internal compliance obligations.
Continuous Improvement Contribution: Contribute to improvement of inspection effectiveness by identifying trends, recurring issues, and opportunities to strengthen inspection scope, methods, or frequencies.
What you bring

Demonstrated experience performing independent inspections and assessing asset condition objectively
Ability to interpret and apply inspection plans, technical requirements, and integrity-related documentation
Proven capability to document inspection findings clearly, accurately, and with appropriate risk context
