Electronic Medication Records: Use our active eMAR system instead of paper MARs.
What You'll Do
Complete nursing assessments for new admissions.
Administer medications and educate clients about their medications.
Monitor clients and follow withdrawal management protocols, including COWS and CIWA assessments.
Coordinate with medical providers to support initial assessments and medication management appointments.
Communicate client care needs and help guide LPNs in their care responsibilities and assignments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in West Virginia.
Current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certifications.
