About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 1- 2 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense along with working knowledge of video editing, as the role will involve creating both static and video content for various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design engaging graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and print materials
Create and edit short-form and long-form videos, including reels, ads, and promotional content
Develop visual content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Collaborate with the marketing/content team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas
Edit raw video footage, add transitions, effects, text overlays, and background music
Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and video editing techniques
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and mock ups for the company and clients small projects.
Revise and refine designs/videos based on feedback
Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic designing
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects, or similar
Working knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition
Ability to create content for Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms
Good time management and ability to work under deadlines
A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work is a must
Good to Have
Basic knowledge of motion graphics/animation
Experience working with brands or agencies
Understanding of current social media trends and content formats
Qualification: Any graduate / Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred
