🎯 Role & Responsibilities
Evaluate polished diamonds based on industry grading standards and the 4Cs
Use grading tools, software, and equipment for precise measurements
Ensure consistency and accuracy by following company SOPs
Participate in quality control and grading verification processes
Stay updated with the latest diamond grading techniques and trends
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high grading standards
💼 Candidate Profile
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain diamond and jewellery concepts clearly
Professional grooming and confident personality to represent a premium brand
Background in:
Gemology institutes
Jewellery retail
Diamond grading laboratories
Jewellery manufacturing/trading
📌 Additional Requirements
Open to relocation based on business needs
