As a Senior Site Contracts Lead at ICON, you will oversee the negotiation and management of clinical trial agreements and related site contracts for complex, global studies.
What You Will Do:
Your focus will be on coordinating contract management delivery, resolving issues, and developing team capability.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the development, negotiation, and finalisation of site contracts and budgets for complex or high-priority clinical studies.
Acting as a key point of escalation for contract issues, proposing solutions that balance site needs, sponsor requirements, and internal policies.
Collaborating with legal, finance, project management, and other stakeholders to resolve contractual questions and ensure alignment.
Monitoring contract cycle times and performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements.
Supporting customer meetings and governance forums by providing updates on contracting status, risks, and mitigation plans.
Mentoring and guiding contract specialists and leads, contributing to training, standards, and best practices within the contracts function.
