Our client is a growing GovTech SaaS company in a highly regulated space.
They are looking for an experienced full-stack engineer with a strong Ruby on Rails background who enjoys solving challenging backend problems and taking ownership of meaningful product features.
What we're looking for:
4+ years of professional software engineering experience
Significant production Ruby on Rails experience (required)
Strong PostgreSQL, relational data modeling, and backend architecture skills
Experience building complex workflows, APIs, and authorization systems
React or Next.js experience
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
100% remote
Compensation: $120K–$150K base + equity and comprehensive benefits
