Full Stack Engineer

About the Role
As part of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, backend systems, and cross-platform mobile applications. You will work primarily with JavaScript/TypeScript, AdonisJS, and Flutter to build reliable, scalable, and user-friendly digital solutions.
You will collaborate closely with designers, project leads, and other developers to translate product requirements into functional applications, integrate external services, and ensure high-quality delivery throughout the development lifecycle, from implementation and testing to deployment and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Web & Mobile Application Development
Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies and frameworks such as React, Next.js, or equivalent.
Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
Translate UI/UX designs and product requirements into functional, accessible, and user-friendly applications.
Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and compatibility across supported platforms and devices.
Backend Development & API Integration
Develop and maintain backend applications and RESTful APIs using AdonisJS and Node.js.
Design and implement application logic, API endpoints, and integrations between frontend, mobile, and backend systems.
Integrate third-party APIs and external services to support application functionality.
Implement authentication, authorization, data validation, and security best practices.
Ensure backend services are reliable, maintainable, and scalable.
Database & Infrastructure Management
Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB to design and manage application data.
Develop and optimize database queries, schemas, and data models.
Support backend infrastructure, application configuration, and environment management.
Assist with application deployment and maintain stable development, staging, and production environments.
Testing, Troubleshooting & Optimization
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across frontend, mobile, and backend applications.
Test application functionality, API integrations, and data flows to ensure quality and reliability.
Optimize application performance, maintainability, and resource efficiency.
Use Git and GitHub to manage source code, track changes, and collaborate on development workflows.
Take ownership of assigned features from initial development through testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

Collaboration & Project Delivery
Collaborate with designers, project leads, and other developers to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, project planning, and development activities.
Communicate progress, technical challenges, and potential improvements clearly to relevant stakeholders.
Manage development tasks independently, prioritize work effectively, and deliver features within agreed timelines.
Contribute to continuous improvement in development practices, code quality, and system architecture.
