We are currently seeking a Technical Solutions Arch. Sr. Analyst to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Key Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day PKI operations, including certificate issuance, renewal, revocation, and installation support.
Manage SSL/TLS certificates for applications, web servers, and infrastructure components.
Monitor certificate expiry and support timely renewals to prevent service disruptions.
Troubleshoot certificate-related issues, including expired certificates, trust-chain failures, certificate mismatches, and SSL/TLS connectivity errors.
Support certificate requests, validation, and deployment in coordination with application, infrastructure, and security teams.
Assist with certificate inventory maintenance, tracking, and periodic reporting.
Support PKI platforms such as Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS) and enterprise certificate management tools.
Perform basic Certificate Authority (CA) administration activities under established procedures.
Maintain operational documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ticket updates.
Follow change management, incident management, and security compliance requirements.
Escalate complex issues to senior PKI engineers and platform specialists.
