Research Intern

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, tech-savvy, and proactive individual to join our dynamic team as a part-time Research Intern. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in data analysis, financial research, and real estate market insights. You will collaborate closely with Senior Analysts and Managers, contributing to the development of critical business intelligence that informs strategic decisions.
Job responsibilities and key activities may include any of the following:
Data Collection & Enrichment: Proactively collect, organize, and enrich data from both internal and external sources to create comprehensive datasets.
Insight Generation: Assist in transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business strategies and decision-making processes.
Industry Analysis: Support the analysis of macroeconomic trends and financial data across various industries, contributing to the creation of detailed research reports and market notes.
Real Estate Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on real estate markets, helping to produce insightful reports that guide investment decisions.
Financial Performance Monitoring: Assist in tracking and evaluating the financial performance of companies and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), identifying key trends and opportunities.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to understand specific use cases and business needs, providing targeted insights and solutions. You will be assisting the Senior Analysts and Managers in developing databases, reports, presentations, and documents for decision making.
Qualifications and professional knowledge:
You are in studying for an undergraduate technical or economics /management degree in a premier university, and you are in the final year.
You have hands-on experience in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
You are proficient with AI tools.
You have a keen interest in the following industries: real estate, infrastructure, healthcare, transportation, and technology.
You have excellent verbal and written English communication skills (level C1). Other languages, especially Italian, Spanish, French and German, are a plus.
You have a strong interest in learning and are proactive.
You have done similar internships before (this is not your first internship).

Compensation: between €200 - €600, depending on experience and on availability.
Working hours: this is a part-time position (4-20 hours/ week) with flexible working hours.
