About the role

Description supplied by the original job listing.

About the Role You'll own a product area within Freight Tiger's end-to-end TMS platform. The specific module will be scoped at the point of onboarding, drawn from our core suite that spans Dispatch Planning, Indent Bidding, Track and Trace, AI Control Tower, EPOD, and Freight Invoicing. You'll work closely with engineering, operations, and enterprise customers to sharpen the product and drive measurable outcomes.
What You'll Do
Define and execute the roadmap for your module within the broader TMS platform
Own user workflows end to end, from design through adoption and outcomes
Map and improve integration touchpoints across customer ERP systems, carrier systems, and device telematics
Conduct regular discovery with shippers, LSPs, ops teams, and finance users to surface friction and prioritize improvements
Write crisp PRDs with clear acceptance criteria and collaborate closely with engineering through sprint cycles
Define and track key metrics covering adoption, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of product experience , with at least 2-3 years owning B2B SaaS products end to end
TMS domain knowledge, demonstrated understanding of transportation management across PTL and FTL road operations, covering dispatch planning, indent and bidding, track and trace, EPOD, and freight invoicing.
Working grasp of FTL mechanics as well, indent to carrier assignment, trip and milestone tracking, detention and freight settlement.
Exposure to control tower, exception management, or visibility workflows is a strong plus
Comfortable reading API documentation and working with engineering on integration-heavy features, carrier and GPS or SIM feeds, webhooks, ERP integrations, and status pipelines.
Strong analytical instincts, can size a problem, define a metric, and tell a coherent story with data
Able to write clear, unambiguous product specs independently and drive them with engineering and business stakeholders.
AI Fluency (strongly preferred) Not a hard filter, but weighted meaningfully in the decision. We expect PMs here to actively use modern AI tooling in their day-to-day craft, not just talk about it in roadmap decks.
Hands-on with current AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or equivalent) for exploratory data analysis, pulling signal out of usage logs, support tickets, and transcripts
Able to spin up quick POCs or clickable prototypes to validate a product bet before committing engineering investment
Comfortable using AI to compress discovery, draft specs faster, and pressure-test ideas before they reach the backlog
Shows curiosity about where AI shifts the economics of our product surface, not just the build process
Good to Have
Exposure to enterprise B2B SaaS with multi-tenant or multi-org complexity
Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Metabase, Jira, or equivalent
