About the Internship
Thinknova is looking for enthusiastic individuals interested in Backend Development. This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in server-side programming, API development, database management, authentication systems, and building scalable backend applications through hands-on projects using modern development technologies.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and maintaining backend applications and server-side functionality.
Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
Work with databases to store, retrieve, and manage application data.
Implement authentication, authorization, and secure data-handling mechanisms.
Develop and optimize server-side logic to improve application performance.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve backend bugs and technical issues.
Participate in API testing, debugging, and application optimization.
Collaborate with team members on assigned backend development projects.
Requirements
Basic understanding of backend development and server-side programming concepts.
Familiarity with at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or PHP.
Knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, Spring Boot, Django, or FastAPI is an advantage.
Basic understanding of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Familiarity with REST APIs, HTTP methods, and JSON data formats.
Knowledge of Git, GitHub, authentication systems, or cloud technologies is a plus.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
This is a paid, remote internship with a duration of 3 months and a performance-based stipend of up to ₹10,000.
