Coordinator of Volunteers

Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteers at Kementerian Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Bandung. This position is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling volunteers to support educational programs and activities. The Coordinator organizes and delivers training sessions, provides ongoing guidance, and ensures volunteers understand policies, objectives, and expectations. The role includes maintaining accurate volunteer records, monitoring participation, and evaluating program effectiveness. The Coordinator also collaborates with internal teams, schools, and community partners to identify volunteer needs, plan outreach initiatives, and promote opportunities in a professional and inclusive manner.

Candidates should possess prior experience in education, social services, or non-profit volunteer coordination (preferred).
Candidates should possess a relevant diploma or degree in education, social sciences, public administration, or a related field (preferred).
