Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Infrastructure & Site Reliability Engineering to lead our SRE and infrastructure function. The role requires a strong combination of hands-on technical expertise, people management, cloud infrastructure, automation, observability, and reliability engineering.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable leading teams while remaining technically hands-on across Azure, AWS, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, observability, incident management, and reliability engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the SRE function and establish SLOs/SLAs, error budgets, incident management, and blameless post-mortems.
Drive system reliability and availability, with focus on availability 9s, MTTR, MTTD, and change failure rate.
Own observability, telemetry, monitoring, alerting, tracking, reporting, and custom dashboards across infrastructure and services.
Build and maintain self-healing systems, automated runbooks, capacity models, and performance profiling frameworks to improve resilience and reduce operational toil.
Act as a hands-on technical contributor across Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, platform tooling, technical reviews, and critical incident response.
Manage the complete infrastructure function, including SRE, patching, hardware lifecycle, and facility infrastructure.
Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, audit readiness, access controls, and vulnerability management.
Lead, mentor, and develop the infrastructure/SRE team, including performance management, career development, workload planning, and shift management.
Communicate infrastructure health, operational risks, and investment requirements effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Identify and selectively implement AI-based tools and automation to improve operational efficiency.

Azure and AWS – Networking, IAM, Compute, Storage
Multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructure exposure
Enterprise infrastructure management
SRE & Reliability Engineering
SLO/SLA design and implementation
Error budgets and availability/reliability engineering
MTTR, MTTD and Change Failure Rate
Incident management and blameless post-mortems
Self-healing systems and automated operational runbooks
Capacity planning/modeling and performance profiling
Infrastructure as Code
Strong experience with Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation
Version-controlled and testable infrastructure pipelines
Observability & Monitoring
Datadog / Prometheus / Grafana or equivalent
Monitoring, alerting and telemetry
OpenTelemetry or equivalent instrumentation standards
Custom dashboards and reliability reporting
DevOps & Automation
CI/CD pipelines
GitOps
Platform tooling and infrastructure automation
Leadership & Operations
3+ years of experience in team leadership/management
Experience managing shift-based operations teams
Team development, performance management and workload planning
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Security & Compliance
Enterprise security and compliance experience
Access control and vulnerability management
SOC 2, PCI-DSS or equivalent compliance frameworks
⭐ Nice-to-Have Skills
FinOps experience including cloud cost visibility, rightsizing and chargeback models
Platform Engineering / Developer Experience
Internal developer portals and self-service infrastructure
Experience in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Real Estate Technology, or similar
Multi-cloud / Hybrid Cloud environments
Experience using AI tooling for infrastructure and operational automation
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile
Up to 10 years of overall experience in Infrastructure and/or SRE
3+ years in a Team Lead / Managerial capacity
Strong balance of technical hands-on expertise + people leadership
Proven experience owning infrastructure reliability and production operations
Strong problem-solving, incident-management, and stakeholder communication skills
Comfortable working in a shift-based, production-critical environment
