Human Resources Operations Specialist

Job description
We’re looking for an HR Ops who can own the employee journey end-to-end. You will support day-to-day HR operations and employee experience across the organization.
This role is for someone who enjoys working closely with people, solving problems, improving processes, and making sure things actually get closed.
Support the rollout and execution of new HR initiatives and people programs.
Manage HRMS for employee data, documentation, records, and relevant reports.
Handle the employee lifecycle - onboarding, confirmations, employee changes, and offboarding including exit formalities and exit interviews
Act as a point of contact for employees for HR-related queries, concerns, and support.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure employee-related processes are completed smoothly and on time.
Maintain HR trackers, dashboards, reports, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
Regularly review HR processes, identify gaps, and suggest improvements to make them more efficient and employee-friendly.
Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins with employees to understand their experience, concerns, feedback, and support required, and drive relevant follow-ups where needed.
Support other HR activities and projects based on requirements.
1+ year of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, People Operations, or a similar role.
Background in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Good ownership, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Comfortable working with HRMS tools, spreadsheets, and employee data.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
