Role Description The Supervisor role at Lohiya Enterprises is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including assigning tasks, monitoring workflows, and ensuring that work is completed accurately and on schedule. This role includes supervising team members on the floor, providing guidance and feedback, and promoting adherence to safety and quality standards. The Supervisor will coordinate with management on production or service targets, maintain records and reports, and help resolve operational issues as they arise. The role also involves supporting training for new team members, encouraging teamwork, and contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience supervising teams or leading small groups in an operational, production, or service environment.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to plan work schedules, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to provide clear instructions, give feedback, and coordinate with management and staff.
Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle day-to-day issues and maintain smooth operations.
Understanding of workplace safety practices and quality standards relevant to an on-site operational setting.
Ability to work on-site in Raipur and remain flexible to operational requirements, including peak workloads.
Prior experience in a similar industry or local market in Raipur is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is an advantage.
