Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Data Engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Drive automation, AI-enabled engineering practices, and operational efficiencies across the data ecosystem.
Support the transition of innovative data use cases into scalable, production-ready solutions.
Contribute to major data platform transformation and migration initiatives across the organisation.
What You’ll Bring

Strong expertise in Snowflake or a similar cloud data platform.
Hands-on experience with modern data engineering tools such as dbt, Dagster, Airbyte, or equivalent.
Solid understanding of ELT/ETL, data modelling, SQL, and pipeline orchestration.
Experience implementing data quality, testing, monitoring, and performance optimisation practices.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support Data Engineers while providing hands-on technical leadership.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
A collaborative, delivery-focused mindset with a passion for high-quality data solutions.
