Marketing & Promotions Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing & Promotions Executive to drive MedConnect's presence across the healthcare ecosystem. The role will involve building relationships with medical and healthcare colleges, professional associations, hospitals, institutes and healthcare organizations, while planning and executing marketing and promotional activities to increase MedConnect's awareness, registrations and professional community. This is a hands-on marketing and partnership role involving a mix of institutional outreach, relationship building, events, promotions, field marketing and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
College & Institution Outreach
· Identify and connect with medical, nursing, dental, pharmacy, allied healthcare and other healthcare colleges/institutions.
· Build relationships with college management, placement teams, faculty, student coordinators and career cells.
· Develop and execute student-focused MedConnect awareness and registration initiatives.
· Coordinate campus promotions, presentations, workshops, career sessions and other engagement activities.
· Build a network of institutional partners for ongoing student and professional engagement.
Healthcare Associations & Community Partnerships
· Identify relevant healthcare associations, professional bodies, communities and networks.
· Develop relationships and explore partnerships, collaborations, memberships, events and promotional opportunities.
· Coordinate joint campaigns, webinars, conferences, workshops and other healthcare community initiatives.
· Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.
Healthcare Marketing & Promotions
· Plan and execute offline and on-ground marketing campaigns for MedConnect.
· Drive awareness among doctors, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, allied healthcare professionals and healthcare students.
· Coordinate promotional activities at healthcare events, conferences, seminars, colleges and professional gatherings.
· Develop innovative ideas to increase MedConnect registrations, engagement and visibility.
· Work closely with the digital marketing and content teams to support integrated campaigns.
Partnerships & Tie-Ups
· Identify potential organizations for strategic tie-ups and collaborations.
· Initiate conversations, pitch MedConnect's value proposition and coordinate partnership discussions.
· Maintain a database of colleges, associations, healthcare organizations and potential partners.
· Track partnership leads, meetings, follow-ups and outcomes.
· Support the execution of MoUs, collaborations and promotional partnerships.
Events & Campaign Execution
· Research and identify relevant healthcare events, conferences, exhibitions and professional gatherings.
· Coordinate MedConnect's participation in relevant events.
· Manage promotional activities, booths, presentations, registrations and lead generation.
· Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and events.

Requirements
· 1-5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, field marketing, institutional marketing, partnerships, business development, community engagement or a similar role.
· Experience working with medical/healthcare colleges, hospitals, healthcare associations or professional communities will be preferred.
· Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
· Comfortable with calling, meetings, presentations and regular stakeholder follow-ups.
· Ability to build relationships with senior representatives of colleges, associations and healthcare organizations.
· Strong execution and coordination skills.
· Willingness to travel locally for meetings, events, college visits and promotional activities.
· Comfortable working in a target-oriented, fast-paced environment.
