What You Can Expect
You are responsible for the design of the digital transformation process within our customer projects
As a (partial) project manager, you will lead the project team, be the customer's technical contact person and regularly present the current work results to the stakeholders
Develop strategies for our clients in the implementation of digital business models, enterprise architectures at every management level and new IT strategies
Advise our clients through the use of modern information and communication technologies
Internally, drive innovative transformation topics and contribute to one of our communities

Several years of consulting experience with responsibility for projects and teams, along with deep expertise in digitalization, data strategies, and/or artificial intelligence
Proven experience in leading project teams and sub-organizations, as well as managing complex initiatives
Ability to communicate and present complex topics effectively to C-level stakeholders in a tailored and impactful manner
Good conceptual and analytical skills combined with a high level of execution focus and results orientation
Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset (e.g., proposals, margins, growth), along with excellent German and English skills and a confident professional presence
