About the Role:

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through voice, email, and chat support channels.
Respond to customer queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain accurate customer information across multiple systems and databases.
Investigate and resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Support operational excellence through accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Eligibility Criteria
Freshers from the 2025 and 2026 graduating batches.
Arts & Science graduates are eligible to apply.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills and be willing to work in a US Shift environment.
