Position: ServiceNow Developer / ServiceNow Administrator / Service Platform Architect – (13+ Years)
Location: Remote, USA
Employment Type: Contract
1. ServiceNow Developer
5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes
Experience with Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, ITSM, and CMDB
CSA / CAD certification preferred
2. ServiceNow Administrator
3+ years of ServiceNow administration experience
Experience with ITSM, CMDB, user administration, ACLs, reports, and dashboards
Knowledge of workflows, update sets, and platform maintenance
CSA certification preferred
3. ServiceNow Platform Architect
8+ years of ServiceNow experience with architecture responsibilities
Strong knowledge of platform architecture, ITSM, CMDB, integrations, and solution design
Experience with technical governance, security, and enterprise implementations
Relevant ServiceNow CIS / CTA certifications preferred
