We are looking for a records specialist/ Van driver to join our team. Reporting to the Data Centre Supervisor this role will be based at the Hensingham Business Park site in Whitehaven and involves providing an accurate and efficient quality service to the Client, Contractors, and Engineers.
The successful candidate must be a self starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
They must be able to always conduct themselves in a professional and mature manner and adhere to Iron Mountain core values.
Full support and training are provided to assist in the multi skilled role.
This dual role is split between office duties in the Records Service Centre and the operation of EV transit van to carry out collections and deliveries across multiple sites.
As driving is a primary component of the position, a clean driving licence is essential.
The ideal candidate must be adaptable, proactive, and ready to support a multi functional team across the following Records Management
Service departments:
Records Service Centre Team: Transit van driving
Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team and be capable of performing the following tasks: -
Various driving tasks in and around the client`s sites when
Collections and Deliveries of boxes of records and drawings from multiple sites
Clearance of records from Departments that are vacating the area.
Handling boxes to various areas.
Dealing with customers
Receipt of records with conditions of acceptance
Records Service Centre Team: Scanning
Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team and be capable of performing the
following tasks:
Booking in of records
Indexing records into Cimage
Scanning of records using Ancora scanning software
Complete Quality Checking of records
Attaching records to Cimage and Icepac systems
Check and run reports in preparation for archiving.
5% or less deviations per month are expected.
Retrieval of archive boxes as per customer requests
Carrying out customer search requests
Registry/Print Room:
Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team and be capable of performing the
following tasks: -
Customer requests.
Indexing into CIMAGE Database
Scanning of drawings, QC check of microfilm and CAD file image.
Numerous QC checks
Good numeracy skills
Excellent Customer Service skills
Desirable but not essential for application
SC Clearance
P4 Pass
Previous experience of the Sellafield site
